This leads through an archway into the main living and dining area which has two large patio windows, a built-in log burner, air conditioner/heater

and leads into a pantry with washing machine and storage shelving.

The other arch leads to the hallway which has doors leading to a laundry storage room, the main bathroom and three bedrooms

The bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and handbasin on marble shelf over 2.2 meters of storage

The main bedroom has a triple wardrobe and patio windows onto a pond area, and leads into the en-suite, which has a toilet, handbasin and shower

The two back bedrooms have patio windows onto the pool area and have double wardrobes

The whole downstairs is plumbed for gas-fired central heating, the radiators of which which were removed, but are available for easy refitting
