Entrance to the property, which is 5000 M2 in area and bounded by a hedge on three sides, is along a double-sweeping gravel drive which encloses a cactus garden

There is a  covered 4.5 x 5 meter car port adjoining the villa containing a gas and boiler house, which can accommodate two normal-sized cars if parked carefully. At the back is a door leading to the patio area

There is a calcada path on all sides of the villa  varying between 1 and 2 meters wide.

At the front is a fenced lawn of about 10 x 10 meters with four bushes.

The path leads round the side past a log storage area under the stairs to a gate into the pond area. This contains a fishpond surrounded by a small rockery, and a gravel area.
