Notes on Letting

The property is ideally suited to holiday letting since it includes accommodation for the owner during occupation, and guests seem to appreciate that the owner is nearby for queries and emergencies, but completely separated from the villa by the bamboo

The area immediately surrounding the villa is divided into fenced sections which can be closed off, providing protection for children and animals

I have let it quite successfully for several years, but only as a part-time occupation. For someone prepared to devote more time to it, it could provide a good return on investment. All sunloungers and  change of linen and towels are included in the asking price, plus a mailing list of previous enquiries

In 2015 I sold out quickly in high season . In retrospect I could have raised the price quite a lot. Also, I was only advertising on Trip Advisor, and could have sold many more shoulder season weeks if I’d used other services such as Owners direct etc..

It is located 10 minute’s drive from Lagos, Meia Praia beach, two major golf courses and a lake, and is less than an hour’s drive from the airport and the many attractions the Algarve has to offer
